Welcome to James-Barnett.com, the site devoted to branding myself. I'm 22 years old and by Christmas Eve 2008 I will have obtained my Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas (that's a mouthful, but I've earned every word of it).

Since 2004, I've been working for a marketing company, M2W, Inc.  In 2006 I became more involved than a simple contractor, I became part of the M2W family.  My increased involvement at M2W has included responsibilities for statistical analysis of nationwide surveys, event management, creative responsibilities, information technology and assisting in project management (among many other things).

During the same time I have also partnered in pioneering a web based sci-fi production company out of Los Angeles, DoorQ Entertainment, LLC. Since it's launch I've been responsible for it's web development, marketing and creating the DoorQ brand.

In the IT field, I've continued to work on my personal company, Pointblanc. Starting in 2008 I was hired as an IT Professional for Fluid Consulting, a premier IT solutions company for small to medium scale businesses.

In my spare time, I play for the UT Dallas hockey team as a forward (proof). But I'll spare you the rest of my biography and leave that to Wikipedia.
